Every October Severn Trent Waters renew their wholesale charges and rates. For 2022/2023 the following charges will apply:
Surface Water Drainage Charge
If you have no rainwater to drain from your property, then no costs will occur. Metered customers will be charged based on the area of their premises which drains to public sewers.
Highway Drainage Charge
Your highway drainage charge covers the cost of draining the rainwater from streets, roads, and public areas.
Trade Effluent Charges
If you deposit effluent into sewers, a charge will be occurred according to the strength of the effluent.
